"The Advent Series" begins December 1, with posts daily up to and including Christmas. Go to Day 1 here.
December 27
I'm putting an INDEX of the titles of each day of "THE ADVENT SERIES" up. Go to it here: INTRODUCTION
We have some clips from "AVES DEL AIRE" posted here (see Recent Projects page) and on YouTube. "AVES" is our upcoming half-hour television piece about the birdies in the middle Rio Grande Valley. Our YouTube space also has some other material. Check it out at: http://www.youtube.com/user/MattMiddleton
We have some new audio material up on the Radio/Narration page - two narration clips from Will Sampson of "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" fame, and two interview clips from David Brower, founder of the Sierra Club and Friends of the Earth.
A novella done in episodes titled "Taking The Mask Off" is coming along, albeit a bit slower than we'd like. Casting problems.

About the Series of Series
The Advent, Lent, and Santa Fe Series are simply ways to add a personal touch to the site. Religion, in its many forms, is highly interesting, or rather it can be, if one is open to it. Hence, the Advent and Lenten Series. The Santa Fe Series is about trains, Indians, a city, the Great American Southwest, holy faith, and more. It's an ongoing project that is slowly developing, week by week, as I have time. Some might say this kind of material has no place on a "promotional," commercial, or dotcom website, (actually it's just a resume in multi-media form), but it's part of who I am. _
